Natalie has over 35 years of clinical chiropractic experience. She has completed 5 years training with BSc degree from UNSW majoring in Anatomy and Physiology and completed post-graduate studies at Sydney College of Chiropractic. Natalie is a member of the Australian Chiropractors Association (ACA).
Natalie is a mother to two beautiful daughters, loves to keep active and promote healthy living.

Born and bred in the Sutherland Shire, Bernie has been a Massage and Sports therapist for over 24 years. Bernie has always had an interest in Sport and Health which led her to study a career in Naturopathy 24 years ago. While attending Nature Care college, Bernie realised her passion for sport and health which extended to an interest in the human mechanics and her new passion was to help people feel better in body, mind and spirit.
Bernie completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Diploma of Sports Therapies, with these qualifications Bernie worked with Soccer Australia, travelling with the Junior NSW team massaging, taping and going through warmup and cool downs. But even after following her dream, she realised she still wanted to guide people to better health so she completed my Adv. Diploma of Naturopathy where after a year of travelling abroad, she opened her business in 2000 to help more people feel pain-free and move with ease.
